Biography

Guitarist Petr Kotek studied playing the guitar at Janáček´s Conservatory in Ostrava in the Czech Republic, with MgA. Ondřej Gillig and at University of Music and Performing Arts in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, with prof. Jozef Zsapka. At guitar festivals (e.g. Liechtenstein, Mikulov etc.) he attended masterclasses, e.g. Alvaro Pierri, Pavel Steidl, Anders Miolin etc. Petr Kotek is also guitar teacher at music school in the Czech Republic in Ostrava.
